Why would your nonprofit benefit from participation?
Partnering with Frontier will minimize your manufactured housing learning curve; focusing your nonprofit on how to access high quality building technology. It will simplify your housing development process. It will improve customer satisfaction and shorten the timeline to get people into their new homes.

At Frontier, we believe that when the right steps are taken to ensure quality homes and fair financing, factory-built housing is a good, viable, marketable, energy efficient and affordable housing solution. We have homes that appeal to working families* and more modest homes that are accessible to some of the lowest income families* in our service area. Thirty five families already live in homes built with our quality standards. They agree; their homes are Manufactured Housing Done Right!™.

Frontier is distributing high-quality manufactured homes to nonprofits nationwide to serve their local customers.

Frontier will train and assist housing nonprofits so the manufactured homes purchased by their customers appreciate in value and build financial security. The new venture will serve as an aggregator between local nonprofits and Clayton Homes to secure volume discounts and ensure the homes meet the broadest federal and state funder requirements for down payment assistance, grants and mortgages.

Frontier Housing has teamed up with Clayton Homes to create an innovative and special line of homes to meet the specific requirements of nonprofit housing providers and the customers they serve. Through this strategic alliance, Clayton, the leading home manufacturer in the nation, and Frontier will build the first ever national distribution channel of nonprofit manufactured home builders. Frontier’s special line of Clayton Homes is ENERGY STAR rated, meets the requirements of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and USDA Rural Development and also meets the Design Standards of Kentucky Housing Corporation’s Universal and Minimum Design.
