Frontier Housing works with eligible families and individuals to help them become homeowners or to otherwise find solutions to meet their housing needs. You have several options for homeownership through Frontier, depending upon your needs and the program for which you qualify. You can purchase a new home built by Frontier, or you may be eligible to purchase an existing home. You may also refinance your existing mortgage.

We realize that the process can be intimidating. Home Loan Specialists at Frontier’s Homeownership Center are available to help walk you through the financing and purchasing process with our Homebuyer Education Workshops and one-on–one sessions.

In addition to being a builder, Frontier Housing is a home mortgage lender. While we maintain our own loan funds, we also work with a variety of lenders including:

General Eligibility
To be eligible for any of our homebuyer programs, applicants must:

  1. Have a minimum household income of:
    - $890 per month with owned property
    - $1,000 per month without owned property
  2. Consistent work history or steady source of income
  3. Have an acceptable credit record

How to Apply
Contact a Home Loan Specialist at (606) 784–2131 to schedule an appointment at our Homeownership Center in Morehead. A Home Loan Specialist will take some initial information, and schedule an appointment to discuss your needs more thoroughly. They may also schedule you to attend a Homebuyer Education Workshop.
