Boodry Place 2008

The Board was thrilled to see the work completed on the downtown multigenerational project. This development fulfills the board’s commitment to providing quality rental housing in northeastern Kentucky and was part of the 2003-2008 five-year strategic plan to expand housing activities beyond homeownership. We look forward to begin leasing these wonderful apartments in coming weeks and cutting the ribbon on the new facility in late June or early July. Boodry Place has been made possible by our partnership with Community Housing Partners Corporation (more info) under the direction of Janaka Casper.
