Stacey Epperson, president of Frontier Housing, one of the NeighborWorks network's largest homebuilders, sat before a Senate Committee on March 11 as part of an effort to replace old manufactured homes across the country with new, energy efficient homes. Kentucky Housing Corporation Announces funding for Repair Affair Program. The program will provide $197,000 to 13 agencies to help meet the home repair needs of low-income Kentuckians.
