Frontier Housing and the Woda Group announced today the grand opening of the new Sawgrass Greene Apartments
48 units of affordable rental housing in Grayson, KY.

June 9, 2021 – Frontier Housing, a local, community based-nonprofit along with The Woda Group of Columbus, Ohio ( partnered to bring Sawgrass Greene Apartments to Grayson utilizing the Housing Credit and Rural Development Programs. The Community is located at 100 Sawgrass Lane Grayson, Kentucky. The Grand Opening brings great excitement to Grayson, as community members, funders, nonprofit partners and families attended a ceremony and ribbon cutting. The Honorable Charles Borders spoke to the large crowd about the importance of affordable housing and his leadership efforts in the Senate to approve a dedicated funding source for the Affordable Housing Trust Fund. Frontier, FAHE, and the Homeless and Housing Coalition of Kentucky presented Senator Borders with the, My Kentucky Home Award in recognition of this efforts to pass the successful Affordable Housing Trust Fund Bill.
