Frontier Housing participates in local school system’s Redi-fests

Frontier Housing was recently given the opportunity to make a small impact on the lives of some area school children.

On Friday, August 3, both the Rowan and Elliott County school systems hosted “Back-to-School” Redi-fests, in which students and their families were able to gain valuable insight into the resources available to them through many area service agencies. School supplies, such as pencils, folders and paper, were provided by the participating businesses at no charge to the students.

Kelly Fleck, Home Loan Specialist, participated in the Rowan County Redi-fest, while Diana Conger, Home Loan Specialist and Wendy Puckett, Executive Assistant, handled the Elliott County event. A drawing for a door prize of a school supply goody basket was awarded at the Elliott County Redi-fest.

This is just another example of how Frontier Housing is continuing to strive to be involved in our communities as both an affordable housing provider and friend.
