We Exceeded Our Performance Goals!

Nearly two years ago, Stacey Epperson began the Achieving Excellence in Community Development Program at the John F. Our Promise to You, Quality Home and Fair Loans
At the beginning of 2005 we embarked on a challenge to improve our performance in providing affordable housing. Specifically our challenge is to triple the rate at which we provide housing solutions while at the same time cutting in half the average amount of time it takes to provide a housing solution.

We pledge that we will provide a housing solution for credit ready customers within 120 days.
We pledge to offer a quality, manufactured and modular home to help us cut our delivery time to the customer.
We pledge to serve more customers.

The Results
At Frontier, our average for all housing solutions is 139 days, regardless of where you are in the process. We have established “groundbreaking” relationships with Clayton Homes www.Clayton.net to offer the best manufactured homes. To view our high quality manufactured standards, click here.

Frontier found 118 customers a housing solution during our challenge, exceeding our goals, while maintaining a loan delinquency rate below 5%.
