June 5, 2021 – Millions of families in the U.S. live in manufactured homes. Some of these are older, substandard homes that represent a problem for owners and communities. But many of these are newer, high-quality homes that can look, last and appreciate just like any other home, often at lower costs. CFED and our partners are working to address lingering problems as well as expand the supply of good quality, affordable housing. The goal of I'M HOME is to make sure that families who choose a manufactured home receive the same treatment as owners of any other type of home.
